We have our own outside entrance at the back of the mall between Women's Belk and mall entrance D. Parking is in lot 17.

What a visit costs
October tickets are a reduced price while we prepare to relaunch in November!

Grip socks are required on the play floor. Your own clean pair is fine. Need a pair for open play? $3 at the desk.
Before you come
- Please have each child’s parent or legal guardian sign the waiver. A host can’t sign for a guest.

- A visit is usually about two hours. We don’t sell open-play tickets online.
- Memberships are month to month at the desk. Not on this site yet.
- If someone in your family is sick, we’d love to see you another day.
- Please keep grown-ups off the play equipment. It’s built for little bodies.
